I didn't realise there was a limited in changing Territory.. now I'm stusk in USA server.. is there any way I can get back to Europe without losing me Lvl 10 Char???

Not that I'm aware of. After 5 switches, they don't allow you to switch anymore. After the changes (good or bad) to the Euro Servers, they might be inclined to offer a couple more.
